It's worth noting that all our motorhomes (apart from the 2 berth compact) are on a larger chassis length, offering more open internal space - the 2 and 4 berths are of a similar length to a 6 berth which can often compromise on living space. The Auto-Trail Expedition 66 is the new compact way to travel! With 2 travelling seats, 2 berths and a large real lounge, this model is the ideal campervan for 1 or 2 people.

Don't let this smaller model fool you into thinking it doesn't have all the modern practicalities you'd expect from today's campervan. Its large lounge offers long comfortable seating, a fold away dining table, and either 2 single or 1 large double bed. The kitchen offers a 2 burner gas hob with grill/oven, sink unit (both with glass lid), 3 way fridge with freezer, and storage. The bathroom/wet room consists of a toilet, drop down sink, shower with curtain and a small amount of storage. The wardrobe is located behind the driver's seat with hanging space. The turbo powered Fiat Ducato cab offers power assisted steering, ABS, Cruise control as standard and it's entire length, just shy of 6m means you'll find it easy to drive and super convenient for parking, anytime, anywhere you go.

No matter where you go, this compact campervan blends in easily and ideal for quick getaways, planned or impromptu journeys and long weekend trips - perfect for sightseeing, driving to and watching events and organised road trips such as the NC 500.

Practicality is the best word to describe the inside of the 660 S. During the day you have a spacious rear lounge with two large benches that can either be made into two single beds or a large double come evening time. With full air-conditioning in the habitation area, this campervan is perfect for all weathers.

The rear lounge flows nicely to the two barn style doors at the back of the van. Once they are open the van takes on a totally different feel. You can sit in bed with an amazing view of your surroundings.

The comfort of the two benches with a removable table in the middle is perfect for a comfy evening meal or breakfast before heading out.

Auto-Trail has managed to utilise the limited chassis space without compromising the bathroom. Yes, it is compact, but there is enough space to be comfortable and not feel restricted or too confined.

The cooking area is quite spacious with a seperate oven and hob area. There is more than enough space and work surfaces that you won’t be piling things up and struggling to prep and cook at the same time.

Campervans sometimes struggle with washroom space and they can feel quite uncomfortable. However, the 660 S has managed to utilise the limited chassis space without compromising the bathroom. Yes, it is compact, but there is enough space to be comfortable and not feel restricted or too confined.
